NCI’s Web Application Exploitation Techniques is a concentrated course for technical professionals to gain an understanding of the basic web application attack vectors and exploitation techniques being used by industry professionals and malicious attackers alike.
The course will introduce attack vectors to students providing them the knowledge to understand how these attack vectors are manifested and exploited. For each covered attack vector, a hands on training lab will be provided for students to practice the theory they are taught solidifying the knowledge with real world experience in actively exploiting a live web application.
The course focuses on the following:
- Cross Site Scripting Techniques
- SQL Injection Techniques
- Hidden Form Field Manipulation Techniques
- Session Management Manipulation and Hijacking Techniques
- Cross Site Request Forgery Techniques
- And more!
NCI’s Web Application Exploitation Techniques is geared towards technical IT staff with penetration testing responsibilities as well as web application software developers looking to gain a more thorough understanding of how insecure coding techniques may be used to exploit the web applications they create.
