NCI offers 2 main categories of support:
nciSAFE is prescheduled, “preventative” maintenance on your security devices. It is a simple, cost-effective way to ensure that your security devices are current to the latest operating systems standards. nciSAFE programs are offered as a minimum fixed term of one year. Choose the level of service that meets your needs, based on update schedules, whether you need after hours updates or patches, etc. Download our spec sheet to get the complete package options. Please note that all products supported must be covered by a valid manufacturer subscription as a prerequisite to purchasing an nciSAFE package.

nciSECURE is live technical support via phone, e-mail, and/or on-site support. It provides a cost-effective way to leverage and protect your networking infrastructure investments and reduce your operating costs. All nciSECURE programs are offered as a fixed term of one year. Choose the level of support best suited to your operating needs. Please download our spec sheet for package option details. Please note that all products supported must be covered by a valid manufacturer subscription as a prerequisite to purchasing an nciSECURE package.
